Aristech Surfaces Acrysteel® IGP is a continuous cast impact acrylic sheet with solvent cementability. The following physical properties were determined using 0.125 Inch thickness clear Aristech Surfaces Acrysteel® IGP acrylic sheet. Properties may vary somewhat on other thicknesses and/or colors (translucent or opaque).

• Extreme temperature and UV resistance over the long term
• Greater UV resistance than UV treated polycarbonate - polycarbonate yellows rapidly with exposure to UV
• Superior thermoforming unlike polycarbonate, continuous cast acrylic does not require drying prior to thermoforming - performing better than extruded acrylic and polycarbonate both
• Greater manufacturability- Continuous cast acrylic is easily routed, does not require special resin for trim capping of channel letters (vs polycarbonate) and does not warp, shrink or expand like extruded acrylic
• Excellent color-matching ability and consistency
• Exceptional light transmission
• Right-size sheets available to minimize labor and scrap costs
